About Us

H & H Construction is a small, family owned business.  We have been serving Henderson, KY and the surrounding area for over 40 years.  We got our start in the new construction business and then evolved into insurance repairs, remodeling and room additions.   With extensive experience in the kitchen and bath market over those years, in 2015 we added to the options we have available to our customers by adding a kitchen and bath showroom as well.  We are now your one-stop experts in the Tri-state.  No need to worry about finding a contractor to work with your interior designer who is meeting you at one of the big box stores to select your cabinets and another person doing the cabinet layout.   We have all of those people in one location to make your life as simple as possible.  Our interior designer is in the store Monday - Friday to help you select your cabinets or bathroom needs as well as doing the layout on your new kitchen.  She will then schedule an appointment for one of our experienced carpenters to visit your home.  Its that simple.

H & H Construction was originally opened by Keith Haynes and his brother in the late 1970's building new houses.  The brothers had each worked for long time builder Lee Newman in high school and college.   Keith had gone into the business world and his brother Terry had continued in the construction field.  Deciding to put family as a priority in his life, Keith joined Terry and H & H Construction was formed.  Over 40 years later, still going strong.     Keith is shown above with his wife of over 45 years Becky and their oldest grandson, Jordan Haynes.

After graduating from the University of Kentucky in 2003, Keith's son Josh moved back to Henderson from Lexington bringing his new wife Coral Stringer Haynes with him.  Josh had worked for Keith and Terry through high school and during college and after being around the business his entire life, it seemed a natural fit to join the business.
